Was given 5th floor below a roof top club…loud music heard in the room till midnight…very noisy…had to request a room change when they were not able to bring the music down even after 1 hr of reporting….first I was told no rooms available for swap but when told that I tried to book acroom now and its giving me an option to book for now…then was given a room change which worked out but screwed us up till midnight after a long flight..

The area was centrally located which was great. It had two close restaurants. But I would say the area around was a little dirty but no worse than any city. The hotel was great. The breakfast Was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would go again. Great views too.

We had the presidential suite, it was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the acropolis. The staff was friendly and the neighborhood was very walkable. Beds were comfy and the fridge kept drinks very cold, which we appreciated!

Five stars to the front desk folks!!! I wanted to stay in Monastriraki square and was so happy with my pick of Athens Tower. It's a great way to experience the heart of a city even if touristy :) The rooms were clean, spacious and I had the view of the Acropolis. The rooftop bar is also great even though separate from the hotel, was a great convenience for anyone who requires some adult time while the children are just a couple floors down.

Loved this hotel and location!

Great location in the bustling Monastiraki neighborhood. It was a very doable walk to the changing of the guard, Plaka steps, Acropolis, many dinings/shopping areas. The staff (Chris, Petros, Lena & Angela….hope I spelled correctly) were friendly and fabulous! They suggested and made dinner reservations for us. They also arranged transportation from cruise port and to airport for us. Loved our view (from room & restaurant) of Athens especially the Acropolis. Also, loved the easy access to the Hyper Astro (rooftop) Bar & Restaurant. Our server (another Chris) was also very welcoming, friendly and accommodating with a gluten allergy. The restaurant and neighborhood was very busy and a little loud on Friday night, but didn’t keep us from sleeping (3rd floor room). I ended up booking 2 rooms for our family of four, but the rooms were very spacious. Could’ve made do with one room if necessary. We paid for breakfast! It was great with a lot of hot and cold food options. Well worth it. We would definitely stay again! Loved this hotel and location!

Breathtaking View

This was the last stop on our vacation. We arrived on the metro from the port and while it was very close, it was a little tricky to find because the entrance is through a hallway between other businesses. However, when we walked into our room, our jaws dropped! The view of the acropolis was outstanding! The town square was right below us, so we had many dining options. Our flight was very early the next morning, so after dinner, we retired to our room and watched dancing in the square below as the sun set and the acropolis lit up. We sipped the provided wine and relaxed, staring out the window until bed. The hotel arranged a car to take us to the airport in the morning, and it was there right on time. The hotel staff even made us a bagged breakfast to-go since we were leaving before breakfast hours. We didnt spend a lot of time in Athens, but this hotel was the perfect choice to take it all in before going home.

Individuals who did not work for the hotel had access to the hallways and worked through the night opening/moving boxes, screaming throughout the duration of the night/ early hours of the morning. Told staff of noise issue and it was not resolved/taken seriously. Shower head did not work. Chose this hotel for sake of access to Athens and monastiraki and was incredibly disappointed. Would never stay here again.
