Bedbugs that has caused me discomfort for my vacation . I went to ship doctor and the doctor confirmed it was bed bugs. The morning staff tried to tell me it was mosquitos. The bedbugs bites came after being in room 307 and we moved to 403 at our request for a good view and then discovered the bites. I would like to refunded for my stay. The bed bugs caused me discomfort and further financial cost for medical treatment.

very clean, nice staff - only one key, very loud room Presidential suite - has an epic view but the noise from the street below is too much to sleep through - had to wear ear plugs with a sound machine. Could use some furniture - no places to put luggage .. huge room, feels fancy. If you sleep like a rock through anything, this room won't be a problem. The cost to value is very high - but as a light sleeper, I wouldn't stay in this particular room again

Cancel one room for three nights, and neither Expedia nor Athens Tower would even consider any sort of refund. Yet I'm sure they re-tenter the vacant room for the three nights... By the way, that was renting three rooms for three nights. I think they should have sweetened the deal somehow. But I had to just suck it up

Warm welcome upon arrival, staff were great at answering our questions. Location couldn't be better, centrally located and directly across the street from Monastiraki metro. We managed to walk to every single site that we had planned on seeing and we felt safe the entire time. Bed was firm but we like that, room was spotless and the view of the Acropolis topped the cake. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great location lovely quiet large room with the most incredible and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Very close to the metro so easy access from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Staff are very kind. The room was clean. However, I had one major issue. They used and sprayed very strong perfume. Since I had rose fragrances allergies, it made me sick. After I explained about it, they stop using for my room. Once I open the room door to an elevator, hallway had strong smells. It would be nice for persons who like perfume, but not for allergic persons like me. Another minor issue was, they didn’t clean rooms until 3-4 pm. Due to jet lag, I woke up early and got tired in the afternoon. If the room was not cleaned yet, it was difficult to go back to the room to take a rest. Over all, I still liked the hotel.
