Good Location - Great Price - Avoid 1st Floor Room
This is lovely hotel in a central location in downtown Athens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were however, assigned a room on floor 1 which must have been right above the kitchen of the hotel - this meant that when we walked into the room it was as if we had just munped into a frier. The smell was unbearable - we had to keep the window open all night long so we don't throw up... Very very unfortunate circumstances.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, particularly the bar. All the staff were helpful, and congenial. The breakfast offered with the stay was a plus and offered something for everyone. Great stay with transportation located outside of hotel. Pool could have been a little warmer and air conditioning was shut off due to the fact it was December but this did make the room very warm. Our room was located by the traffic circle so opening the balcony door at night was too noisy. The staff was kind enough to offer an oscillating fan which made the room bearable. Very impressed by their customer service.
