I wish that some of the other lounges have been opened. I understand that it may be a seasonal thing for areas like the rooftop Terrace Etc. But it would have been nice to experience that particular area of the hotel.

The Intercontinental is always a nice property.
Pros:The Intercontinental is always a nice property.
Cons:Updated furniture in room....more contemporary. The bed was super soft (a little too soft).
Location:The location is on the outskirts of all the sightseeing destinations. You have to take a cab, as walking is too far.
The Athens location is a little bit of a journey from the Plaka and the Acropolis by cab.

With regard to our location, we would like to advise you that while the hotel is situated very close to the city centre, for our guests’ convenience, we provide a complimentary shuttle bus service to Syntagma square on a daily basis.
