I had a lovely stay in Athens at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made my birthday stay really special and when I had some health issues they were really accompanying and helpful. Views of the acropolis from the rooftop were beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend.

Staff was extremely helpful. It is in close proximity to many shops and restaurants, as well as the Acropolis. I had a good view of the Parthenon from my room. The food offered at the rooftop restaurant was by far the best food I have ever had at a Hotel. The waiters and waitresses had excellent service. If i come back to Athens, I will definitely stay here again.

When you first walk into hotel it is very nice. I had a junior suite it was horrible. The carpets were old, stained and bubbled we kept tripping. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and the sheet were like sleeping on paper.

I have stayed here many times and each time the quality of stay has gown down further. The location is great as it is very close to the metro. Surrounding area is not ideal for a first time traveler though, specially at night. Breakfast is consistently good and rooftop views are amazing. It is not a 4 star hotel for sure, at best 2-3. Rooms are clean, bed not so comfortable. Dont expect to be pampered here, it is just a place to stay.

Hotel that keeps the 5 stars quality for decades

It is classic hotel with large rooms, wooden floors, a lot of stuff that keeps the hotel clean and repairs when necessary, great breakfast. Great menagers, especially George, who gave us better room. We also stayed the next day and payed acceptable price for longer check out. Now the guests are usually much younger and they often do not care of appropriate behaviour. And not much can be done about it.

Excellent service by the staff and hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, accompanied by an excellent rooftop view. Room was good in general but we had some leakage in our bathroom due to drains both inside and outside the shower. But overall, it was a great experience. Really convenient and safe option of a hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport and attractions. Definitely coming back again.

We stayed here a night meanwhile we waited for our flight the next day. Hotel staff at concierge was helpful arranging transportation! It was an easy check in and check out! Breakfast was included. The restaurant on the 11th floor has a great view for the acropolis at night! Would recommend.
