The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't totally clean.

Never again!!

The condition of the entire building was terrible. My room (317) had mold in it. My family and I got sick with 24 hrs of our stay. Lots of mold and mildew smells. Even in the lobby, things aren't clean or well kept. Room appliances would randomly cut off. The refrigerator barely kept things cold. One elevator has a perpetual out of order sign and no obvious sign of attempting to fix it. Breakfast was hardly there and very poor quality when available. One day, when asked about the pancakes, I was told, "the truck didn't come" so there would be no pancakes. Multiple days old boiled eggs sitting in the refrigerator. IHG should be ashamed of the condition.

No coffee at the breakfast. Room had broken usb plugs.
