We love to stay at this property when visiting family over the holidays. There’s enough room, a nice clean kitchen, and it’s close to Asbury for shopping and the boardwalk!

Terrible experience. Me and my fiancee wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone, no front desk, no staff, owner is super rude and not welcoming to her guests. We booked online and when we got there she just messaged us the room info, when we opened the room door it wasn’t at all close to what we booked. Then when we called her multiple times she finally picked up the phone and wasn’t apologetic at all just told us that the room we reserved was “closed for off season” which why would that be available to book online then?? We just had genuine confusion and came from hours away, then she told us we only had one choice and she could show us an upgraded room. The “upgraded” room we looked on her site cost 20$ less than what we paid. It wasn’t upgraded, it was freezing, ice air blowing out of the vents, no employees to ask questions about or concerns about our terrible arrival and the owner seems very condescending. She seemed bothered by us that we had to contact her even though there was no one else available. We had to go warm up in are car to wait for her response and we finally gave up and left. She then texted us as we were leaving that they kicked the heat on for us… so friendly and welcoming to guests and travelers! Felt so cozy and at home.. yeah.

The property was quite charming. Lots of wrought iron railings and a huge wrap around balcony. The only concern was that I couldn’t find the office to check-in. I had to search the number online to reach the manager. She was very helpful and accommodating. She had us in our room in a matter of minutes. I would stay here again.

Not so good. The office was closed for the winter and check in had to be done by phone. The room I thought I was getting was unavailable because building was closed. Never told this. The room I received was in the next building and was very small and cramped. The bathroom could hardly fit me and a toothbrush. I have been returning to this hotel for many years, but I will never return again.

Nice place, great location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a nice kitchenette. The shower was really small and the door wouldn't close all the way. The elevator was down (we were notified in advance), which wss a slight inconvenience. Overall, it was a nice place in a great location. I would stay there again.

The manor is in a great location for walking to the boardwalk and to the downtown area for shopping. The heated swim pool and hot tub was fantastic for this late Sept vacation. The room was clean and the patio area was nice to sit on in the evenings. Great place to stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Thisbwas a very quaint place with a lot of chaem and character. Howerver, the main amenities of the stay was very lacking. The elevator did not work, so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. The TV in my room did not work.l, it n was very difficult to figure out how to turn it in and get stations that I was interested. Once I got it on the sound just went off. I tried to take a shower at night but the water was cold even though I ketbthe water run for quite a while to see if it would get warm.. I tried again i. The morning and the water was still cold, so I didint take a shower. There was no front desk coversge to ijform anyone of these issues.
