You will be part of a household with kids and hardly any privacy. This is acknowledged by the owners and he too is happy for me to get a refund, but expedia is nit rwacting to thus request.

We are more than happy to accommodate and service you and your friend the other day. However, unfortunately, you chose to cancel the stay through Expedia and left in a minute of your arrival. As it’s been listed on Expedia, we provide share accommodation and you admitted you did not read the property description before booking. I love my daughter and it is not fair to blame my daughter for the stay without privacy instead of booking a room with shared bathroom and facilities. Despite it, I am happy to assist your refund if you encounter any issues with Expedia. Please do read before any reservation!

Nice place to stay but had to an hour before owner was back to let us in. Admittedly we were upgraded to superior room to make up for it but there needs to be someone there to let people in. What if it was cold and wet? Waiting an hour in a car is not great.

Highly recommend you stay here. Minutes to Albany as well.
