Really enjoyed a night away. Easy parking. Great restaurants around. Room service was delicious. Traveled with 9 month old and accommodated cot which was decent. Very disappointed with this stay. My room wasn't serviced after the first night. The rooms are average and lack USB charging (there is a socket on the clock but it is exceptionally slow). Bathroom was fine & there was a bath. Tea and coffee making facilities. I found the pillows very uncomfortable. TV allows casting, but this was problematic and the WiFi was poor. Overal, I was underwhelmed and would not return.

A great stay as usual. Room was clean, bed was super soft and I had a phenomenal sleep. Staff on arrival from the Doorman, the Concierge and then front desk, were all so welcoming and friendly. The Grand never disappoints and I will continue to stay here when I'm in Auckland
