Really enjoyed a night away. Easy parking. Great restaurants around. Room service was delicious. Traveled with 9 month old and accommodated cot which was decent. Also, asked for microwave service for heating baby food and they actually delivered a microwave to the room. One of the best hotel in Auckland CBD

Very disappointed with this stay. My room wasn't serviced after the first night. The rooms are average and lack USB charging (there is a socket on the clock but it is exceptionally slow). Bathroom was fine & there was a bath. Tea and coffee making facilities. I found the pillows very uncomfortable. TV allows casting, but this was problematic and the WiFi was poor. Overal, I was underwhelmed and would not return.
