The unit was clean and as advertised. The unit number noted was not the actual unit number. We had difficulty with the pass code also. Luckily the house keeper was at the building and was able to retrieve the correct code and room number. Cute, clean and neat unit. Small bed in bedroom, but great for one person Fold out in living is a futon. Hot plate, refrigerator, coffee maker and some dishes, silverware and cups and pots and pans provided. Net to a bar which has open mike on the night we stayed. Luckily only lasted till 10pm. Good parking on street or behind building.
The unit is perfect, and exactly as advertised. Nice downtown location only 10min to Augusta which made it easy for us to get there early for our trip in. Also in the heart of Downtown Augusta within walking distance of the many bars/restaurants they have to offer. Also next door to a very cool speak easy with great vibes and live music each night. They renovated the back patio as well where we ate dinner, had a few drinks and enjoyed the weather. Rose was very kind and responsive host. 101/10 Would recommend
The accommodations were as advertised with the exception of the pull-out couch. The couch was a gross futon and there were no sheets supplied that were for the futon. Host was responsive and helpful with requests and questions.
The host has a number of properties & employs a full time concierge. During my stay, she made several trips to the suite, to solve problems or answer questions. I couldn't be happier with the kind of attention to detail that I experienced.I was here in Augusta looking for a place to rent long-term so I can move from out of state, and the broker who runs this property even helped me with that.
Beautifully refurbished property, love the touches they have throughout as well as maintaining character of an old building. Thoughtful decor and outfitting of the kitchenette. I appreciated the provided coffee. It was a fun place to stay. I will say that âsleeps 4â is a generous interpretation. Maybe 4 tiny people as the main bedroom is a full size and the sleeper couch was really only barely big enough for an adult. Sleeper couch was incredibly uncomfortable, it could use a topper. Also the living room is directly above The Foxâs Den, a fun speakeasy that can be loud with music and conversation when it was open on the weekend (Sunday night was quiet). Bring a noise machine or earplugs if you have to use the couch. Communication was mostly good, except I had a question that I sent through multiple channels and never got answered. In the meantime I received many automated messages about the property. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends!
We stayed for masters week 2 nights and the property is very well located, only 10 minutes from Augusta national, the only thing is that the bed is too small for two people to sleep in. Other than that very good experience
