Enjoy this completely private and gated recently renovated oasis located just 20 mi from Austin & 7 mi from Dripping Springs. This 7br/5ba 3-acre coumpound features a total of 5000 SqFt between the main home and 2 private homes with private creek/river access. This gorgeous property is within a few miles of numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries and the world famous Salt Lick BBQ. Amenities galore and SO MUCH ROOM for activities!

The Space:
Located just 7 miles from downtown Dripping Springs and 24 miles from downtown Austin. Making this retreat home perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group of friends and family.

The Creekwood Home is perfect for large groups by offering an extremely open floor plan with modern elements and décor. This home features a beautiful oasis with swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and TV, patio, and pingpong table.

This 3 acre retreat features sleeping for up to 26 people in 19 beds and 7 bedrooms. The Main House of this compound offers a large dining area that seats 8 with additional seating for 18 total on back deck and kitchen areas. As you walk into the of this retreat you’ll encounter a gourmet kitchen with an island. Equipped with all your essentials including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and more. Nestled on the left side of the home you will find a media room with built surround sound. You will find bedroom 1-4 located on either side of the home. It the Private House you will find bedrooms 5 and 6, along with bathroom 4. Our Pool House will offer bedroom 7 in the lounge space as well as bathroom 5.

Below the main house will be the perfect entertainment setting with outdoor seating, featuring a 75" Smart TV and a ping pong table. Looking towards the back of the property you will find a spacious layout perfect for a micro wedding or retreat activities.

The property was very comfortable and was perfect for our 11 person group. The technology in the house is top quality and the projector room was perfect for March Madness. The mattresses on each of the beds were also a highlight.

Perfect hill country getaway

If you have a large group and need a gorgeous place to stay in the Texas hill country, this place is for you. The property is huge, with so many things to do, it’s practically a vacation spot of its own. Very clean and decor is really nice. There were some issues but they got it fixed right away. Highly recommended.

Not As Expected

The house should have been in better shape, you can tell it's not well maintained, and they do not thoroughly check the property before guests arrive. One of the primary reasons we booked the house was the swimming pool. The pool was not clean upon arrival and had to be reported immediately. We were able to use it one time only. There were other issues we had to report daily but should have been checked to ensure it was working before arrival. Such as the AC unit in one of the bedrooms, broken dishwasher, and flickering restroom light. One of the shower curtains was nasty, should have been replaced before arrival. Looked like there were blood stains on them. The pickleball, basketball and volleyball were great amenities, and we enjoyed using them. Overall disappointed because had to report issues daily. Not how I wanted to spend my family gathering.

We selected this property to accommodate a large group for our daughter’s wedding reception in Driftwood. It was an expensive property but the pictures looked nice and the number of guests held met our needs. It was not what we had expected and had many issues such as, cracked and loose tiles on the stairs that posed a safety hazard for our elderly guests, no heat the first night, cold showers the entire 3 night stay, trash under and in the couches, no sheets for the sleeper sofas, no top sheets on any beds, and no blankets. The weather was cooler so we needed to use the heaters. The main heater set off an alarm at 1:30 am along with a burning smell. After 15 minutes we discovered how to turn the alarm off and had to turn the heater off completely. The two mini split units couldn’t be used because they were full of dirt and dust. We had called the property manager shortly after checking in with our issues and concerns. She came out the following day around 11am. This pushed back plans we had for the morning. She had an hvac company out to clean and service the units and a plumber out for the hot water. We were told there is an issue with the design that was causing the problem. We all took cold showers and we would only use 1 of the 3 showers at a time. I’m grateful the manager came and brought some blankets and picked up trash around the property. It was disappointing they didn’t offer any refund after several requests. Paid a lot and didn’t come close to our expectations.
