For the first three, check out the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail around Lady Bird Lake, the Southern Walnut Creek Trail adjacent to Govalle Park, or the Boggy Creek Greenbelt. For the latter, rent a kayak or SUP from one of the many rental spots along the lake and take in some fantastic views of the city skyline.

Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again.
We loved our stay here. Despite not being huge, we, as a family of 5, fit perfectly. Even though MLK is a busy street, the unit is very insulated and there was no issue with sound. The location was great as it allowed us to walk places, take the bus and when we were meeting folks in different parts of town, we were central enough that traffic wasn't a pain (big deal for being in Austin). Austin even kindly helped us when we forgot our iPad and had to go back to get it. I would definitely stay here again!
