We appreciate the feedback about your stay and want to apologize for the inconveniences you had at our hotel with your most recent stay. Our goal is to not only meet but to exceed our guests expectations and unfortunately we did not meet your expectations. Stayed on the second floor. I could hear the people above me. Only slept for an hour.

Can I tell you that what stuck out the most is the customer service. I came and left with the feeling of luxury hotel customer service. In truth, this is a budget hotel. Did it knock my socks off? No. Did it meet every need while I was there for less than 10 hours. Yes. But the desk associates (when I checked in and out) were so nice and professional, it really filled any other gaps there could have been. Excellent stay.
