Property was in a great location for moving our daughter into her freshman dorm and support her during UT’s Sorority Rush week. The condo sits right at the top of all of the sorority houses so it was a perfect location to meet her at the house that she received her bid at with only a few minutes walk to meet her. We were actually there a good 15 minutes before she arrived. There was a walk-in closet in one bedroom and 2 good size closets in the second bedroom. One of the bathrooms was a Jack and Jill, which was nice to be able to close the bedroom off and still allow Guest to use that bathroom. There was separate alcove with a small desk and lamp for work, which we did not expect but was definitely a bonus. Living & dining area were larger than we expected. Parking in front was easy and all the tenants were very respectful of the short term renters. Like all older buildings there were a little quirks here and there, but nothing unmanageable. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. The only negative was the building owner did not do a good job at maintaining the cleanliness of the courtyard. It needed to be swept and hosed down, but that did not have anything to do with the VRBO unit. We will definitely keep on our short list for future visits.

Host was communicative. But leaky bathroom was not fixed and left dirty. Friends that were going to come Saturday had to make different plans.Please see my notes back and forth with the host. I have pictures too. To be fair I should get a 50% refund. Please let me know anything else I need to do to file a formal complaint.Thanks
