Please note a mandatory resort fee of $120/day is included in the rate. This fee is not marked up and is paid directly to the HOA to maintain access to amenities. The fee cannot be deleted or reduced.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
