Vacation Living | Cedar Blue

LOCATION:
Welcome to Cedar Blue! Although I manage multiple vacation rental properties, I’m fortunate I get to call this one my personal home away from home! A charming, incredibly inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus loft townhome in the exclusive ski in/ ski out Ridgepoint Community at Beaver Creek.

Enter on the ground level (1st floor) where you’ll find the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and an outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful Beaver Creek Golf Course. The Master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed with lovely mountain views, and the third bedroom features two twin bunk beds with private access to the patio. Additionally, an outdoor ski closet and separate boot closet with heater are also available for your convenience. The main level (2nd floor) features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, beautiful dining for 8 (14 if you include the bar area), living/family room, and a kitchen perfect for entertaining family and friends. The Loft (3rd floor) provides additional sleeping with a queen sofa bed or just a quiet spot to curl up with a book.

Ridgepoint is close to the entrance to Beaver Creek. The tennis courts, community pool, hot tub, and sauna are 30 yards from Cedar Blue’s front door. Ridgepoint underwent a complete makeover in 2018. Ski lift access can be accessed through a gradual 50-yard walk to the ski-way that leads to the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. Guests also have access to Dial-a-Ride, which provides door-to-door service to the base of Centennial Chairlift.

PARKING: One reserved parking spot in front of the townhome. Additional guest parking spots available around the community.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, please inquire about pricing when booking. Availability will be confirmed closer to reservation date.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 5 beds.

BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms in this home.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is on the main level (2nd floor) and is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from oil and spices to top of the line gourmet amenities. It’s outfitted with a full stove/oven, all your cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot and toaster. Nespresso machine is available for use however, please bring your own pods if you would like to use the machine.

EXTRAS THAT YOU'LL LOVE:
High speed internet access; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; outdoor grill; outdoor seating. We have multiple puzzles, games, and books ready for your enjoyment. The Master also features a lovely library for your use.

DISCLAIMER: The property is smoke/vape free. No gatherings, parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays allowed. This is an ideal home for a small group of family members/friends in search of a ski vacation getaway. This home is not suitable for toddlers/small children as the 2nd & 3rd levels have wide railings (12” spacings). Pets are allowed & large crate is available for use by request. There will be a $75 charge per night, per pet. If you are staying longer than 7 nights with us, please reach out to us to discuss an adjusted pet fee.

THERE IS A $1000 FINE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES. Any breach of the above, would be reason for removal from the property.

Great Beaver Creek condo

Very comfortable. Great shuttle access and, with a little effort, can ski in and out. Everything was great. It was nicely decorated and so well appointed and had everything anyone would need! Terrific location in Beaver Creek. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome condo in Beaver Creek

We loved this condo! It was a great size with three very nice bedrooms (1 bunk room). It was nicely decorated and so well appointed and had everything anyone would need! Terrific location in Beaver Creek. What we noticed most was all the little things that the owners provided to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They thought of everything! Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

Place was great size and had everything to cook in kitchen or on grill. Hot tub was super close and great to use. Great have all kinds of cleaning supplies and laundry items. Real fireplace was fabulous! Ski in and out was a tad more difficult than explained but we got it. Shuttle service was the easiest to use!

Comfortable stay

This was a great location for getting anywhere around the valley. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, with smart TVs in every room. The manager was easily available by email or phone. No bathroom on the main living level means lots of trips up and down stairs if you have little ones. Very comfortable and cosy place.

Awesome for families/Small groups

Really great location - close to everything including Beaver Creek Village, the lake, trails, other conveniences, but not "in the gray". Very accessible. Lived that we could have our dog there. We're a family of 6 and it was more than enough space. Could've easily had a set of grandparents with us. Kids were so stoked about the bunk room. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Had everything you needed and more - super well-equipped. Would stay again and would recommend.

Comfortable + Great location

My 3 teen children and I just enjoyed a fabulous week in Beaver Creek. The location was fabulous. We took the Village Shuttle to the base and skied home each day we skied BC. Super convenient. We drove to vail 2 days
short, easy drive. The place was clean sand comfortable. We ate breakfast every day and cooked dinner most nights in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. I would definitely rent again. Next time hopefully not prime spring break week.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Group of 8 avid skiiers. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or convene to watch New Year's football or James Bond. Great eating area converted to puzzle or game area every night after dinner. Cooked every meal out of well stocked kitchen. Easy to access slopes are shuttle on demand. Hot tub every night after skiing. Only thing I could even think to change would be the lighting is quite dim in all areas. Hard on old eyes. Thank you for your hospitality.

Super Lugar

Llevamos varios años viajando a destinos de ski y esta es una de las mejores propiedades a las que hemos llegado. Super equipada, cuenta con todo lo necesario y mås. El ski in and out no es lo mås sencillo pero esta bastante accesible. Transporte para cualquier lugar y muy accesible. Sin duda alguna regresaremos pronto.

The kitchen was well stocked and although this is a small detail, almost everyone commented on how amazing it is to have sharp knives in a vacation rental! Location is great, ski-in is fun and easy, and ski out is easy after a quick hike up a small hill. Condo is roomy - we had four adults and six kids, and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. The boot warmer is awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great condo

We loved this home, and would def stay again. We had 4 cousins, ages 7 and 5, the bunk room was perfect for them. The adults rooms were great as well. We took a shuttle to the village to ski twice and that was super easy, the last two days we used the ski in, ski out. You do a very small little hike before you put your snowboard or skis on. My 5 year old who loves to complain about basically anything involving exertion, had minimal complaints and made it up slowly but just fine in ski boots. The kitchen is very well stocked with almost anything and everything you could need as far as basics and beyond. I would highly recommend seeing what they have before you buy the basics like olive oil, spices, pancake mix etc. (they have enough paprika to last them well into 2027). Parking is right outside your door, there is visitor spots all around if you have a second car. Shuttle was great for taking us to dinner. We never moved our cars the whole time. Hot tub a 30 sec walk from room. No exertion needed for my 5 year old on that walk. Will def look to stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and convenient townhouse. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Can easily shuttle to BC village as well as Avon, with just short walk to groceries and shops. Very convenient ski closet. Would def stay again.

Spring Break in Beaver Creek!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Excellent / Wonderful!

Our stay was lovely. The townhouse is beautiful, warm and inviting. Amazingly well stocked kitchen but also so many other small items that really make a difference to this sort of accomodation. The location is extremely convenient. We hiked all over the mountain and as far as Vail and Leadeville.. it was late fall. I can’t imagine how amazing this place would be during ski season. Communication with the owner was excellent.. extremely professional and friendly. She even gave us some tips on the best restaurants in the area and the recommendations were spot on!

Nice townhome great location

We stayed here in June 2020. The townhome is as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. It’s fairly spacious home with a patio. The patio has great views but it is small, can only seat 2 people out there. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and there were plenty of towels and other essentials. The neighborhood is nice, easy access to hike the ski runs in summer and I’m sure to ski in winter. Short drive to resort or to town for groceries. And close to other mountain towns. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they were not big so be prepared for them to be crowded.

Great property for families!

Wonderful layout that works well for two families to share or one larger family. Well decorated. Very comfortable. Great shuttle access and, with a little effort, can ski in and out. Everything was great. Just be aware that the heating pipes/air vent grates make a lot of noise. Which becomes noticeable when you are trying to sleep. The second night, we turned off the heat and that solved the problem. Would definitely stay again.

Beaver vaca

We could not have loved this property more than we did. It was definitely as advertised but even the amenities that we were expecting were better than we did. For instance, descriptions state that things are close but this hot tub is very large and REALLY just a few steps away; the shuttle pick up at your door was just the easiest (upload the app) and made us not even really consider skiing in/out and the kitchen had everything you could want. I was expecting the outdoor closet but didn't fully appreciate how useful this would be until we used it. There were so many boot and glove warmers! Powerful and quick! The property was well stocked with plenty of towels and tissue and the humidifier was a godsend. There was ample firewood. Communication with the manager was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Dream Family Ski Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a marvelous experience at this property! This description and pictures of this unit were spot-on. We had a few questions about it before we booked and the property manager talked us through everything and really made us feel great about the place. Everything is very well appointed and really felt like we were at home the whole time. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own room. We were able to do laundry, enjoy fires in the fireplace, grill on the patio, listen to music with Alexa, etc. The full kitchen made it really easy to cook at home, and ample storage space made it really easy to stock up on food for the week. This unit was right across from the hot tub, which was great to relax in after skiing all day. The unit also has heated boot dryers, which was a great amenity! One negative - it was a little farther to the ski-out than we had anticipated. There's a ski locker right outside the front door where we stored our stuff overnight, but it's a bit of a walk to carry everything out to the slopes. You have to go to the end of the parking lot then up a small hill to get to the place you put your skis on. From there it's a short ski down to the lift. It's not terrible - all of our kids (7-12) managed it fine - but it might be a problem for really young kids or beginner skiiers. At the end of the day, you ski back down the small hill and end at the edge of the parking lot. All that being said, there's a shuttle that stops right in front of the unit that takes you up the the main base where there are ski lifts, ski school, etc., so you don't have to do the ski in/out from the property if you don't want to. We took the shuttle several times in the afternoons to go up and shop, have dinner, etc. Really convenient. We really loved this place and are already planning to come back next year or the year after. Totally recommended!
