**The Pines Lodge Temporary Closure Notice**



The Pines Lodge will be temporarily closed from August 1, 2026 through

November 11, 2026. During this time, we will be completing necessary HVAC

repairs:

Hotel room repairs will begin on August 1, 2026

Condo repairs will begin on September 1, 2026

Townhomes will not be impacted and will remain open during this period. We

sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and

appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements.

Resort in this 2,300 square foot, three bedroom corner penthouse atop the

award-winning Pines Lodge. The two master suites each feature a king bed, flat

screen TV, and en-suite gas fireplace. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk

beds. The unit features a master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and stand-alone

shower along with two guest bathrooms each with a combination shower and

bathtub. The living area boasts a spacious open concept with modern amenities

including a large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and

complimentary, high-speed WiFi throughout. From the space, enjoy gorgeous

mountain views, 270 degree perspective of the ski slope & the village, an

abundance of natural light, and fresh mountain air via the floor to ceiling

windows and access to the private deck. The living area opens to the fully

equipped kitchen furnished with updated finishes and everything you need to

prepare meals during your stay. A dining room table for six people, and bar

seating for two, provide seating for the whole group or family. Enjoy the

added convenience of a washer and dryer in your unit.

dining options located nearby in Beaver Creek Village. This townhome is

located on the complimentary resort shuttle route, which can conveniently

transfer guests back and forth to the property.



Guests staying at The Pines Townhomes have access to The Pines Lodge's

luxurious on-site amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, heated pool, a

business center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. As a convenience,

concierge and front desk services as well as ski storage and ski rentals are

The Pines Lodge is located at 141 Scott Hill Road in Beaver Creek Resort. From

I-70 take exit #167 and proceed south through all of the round-abouts. After

passing the Beaver Creek Welcome Gate proceed approximately 2 miles. Turn

Right on Scott Hill Road and you will see The Pines Lodge on the left hand

side.
