Our condo is one of the nicest within The Charter Resort and Spa. We are ON the mountain with ski-in and ski-out access and Mountain Views from all rooms. We have a lovely fireplace and is Air Conditioned in for the summer months. The Charter is a true resort property with a 24 hour front desk, 2 restaurants, Spa, 2 salt water swimming pools, steam showers, saunas, gym,Parking (Valet or Self Park) in the Underground Parking Garage. Completely updated and decorator furnished with high-quality furniture. Free Hi Speed Wifi, Pet-Friendly. A / C

Ski-out via Elkhorn Lift via Elevator 2 to Level 1, then ski all of Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead mountains. Ski-in along with the trails system from anywhere on the mountain.

You may also take 1 of 2 shuttles coming every 5 minutes to the Village core and other lifts.

As my guest, you are also entitled to use the Village Connect free ride via their app. Just enter where you want to go and it will pick you up.

The condo has been fully remodeled including granite counters and new kitchen and baths. The entire condo is air conditioned (June-Sept)

There is a full health club with all services including hair, facials, manicures, body treatments, massage, etc.

There are two restaurants and a bar on the premises and many just a short walk away. Our condo is very nicely furnished with three flat-screen LCD TVs, Apple TV, a stereo and every appliance known to man.

There are three queen size beds with 1 in the master and 2 in the second bedroom. There is also a king-size air mattress.

Ski-in/out, or take the free shuttle to the main lift and ski school. It's an easy walk to the slopes, as well. We have rented for twenty years to a select clientele, with no complaints.

Full Spa with massage, facials, hair care, workout facility, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. When you arrive you will find a fully equipped and supplied condominium. Included are three flat panel TV's, plus Apple TV. There is high-speed wireless Internet.

There are also books, games, every kitchen convenience known to man, most food basics one would need for a vacation (I would suggest you look over the situation before you shop), beer, wine, etc. There is a Whirlpool washer and dryer in the unit.

We just returned from spending Christmas week in David’s condo. It was a return visit for us and we were again blown away by his and the Charter’s customer service. We were hoping the condo would be decorated for the holiday and initially David indicated that it wouldn’t. However, when we arrived, the living room just glowed with the ambiance of Christmas lights and decorations. This is just one example of David’s desire to make sure his guests have the best possible experience. The condo itself is located in the most convenient building of the Charter complex within Beaver Creek and is just a short walk into the beautiful village and to the Vilar Center. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain; has been updated with granite countertops, travertine tile, washer & dryer, humidifiers, hairdryers, and comfortable furnishings. The view from the condo is of the slopes and whether it’s sunny, snowy or nighttime with the cat’s on the mountain, it is always beautiful. The Charter is a self-contained resort with underground valet parking. You can take a quick swim in the lap pool or workout in the morning, rent your ski equipment then ski out to the slopes, ski back to the condo for a soak in the hot tubs or a spa treatment and then enjoy dinner on-premises and end the evening with smores around the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the Charter’s staff. They are truly first-rate and will do whatever it takes to accommodate their guests' needs or requests. We consider the Ritz Carlton to be the gold standard in customer service and David and the Charter Staff truly exemplify that same “can do” attitude! We love renting from David and know you will too!

Great condo for a family holiday getaway!

Our family visited Beaver Creek the last week in December for a holiday week of snowy fun in the mountains, and our stay at the Charter did not disappoint! We appreciated that Mr. Kameron contacted us several times prior to our visit with not only directions/ instructions, but also with activity suggestions and to our delight, pictures of the beautiful snow and scenery which would great us upon our arrival. When we checked in at 9 pm, the Charter staff was friendly and helpful. Weary from our travels, it was nice to be greeted with (free) valet parking and staff that quickly brought our luggage to our unit. The condo was exactly as described by the owner and as seen online. It was clean, modern, stocked with towels, and even decorated for the holiday season (which the kids especially enjoyed)! The kitchen was well prepared for cooking (pots, utensils, dishes, etc), and we were grateful for the dishwasher- and especially the washer and dryer, which was very handy. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, as well as dressers and closets-- and our kids even found 3 sleds in their room! The condo is spacious for a family, and yet cozy in decor. Most notable, though, is the spectacular view of the mountains! Each bedroom and the family room have large west-facing windows that allow you to enjoy the reason you came. One of the best features of the condo, and of the Charter, is the fantastic location. In just 5 minutes, you can walk up to Beaver Creek Village and enjoy the stores, restaurants, ice skating rink, and all of the snow activities. Or, you can simply call for Village Transportation, and within 10-15 minutes, a green village shuttle bus will arrive and take you to countless stops within the village. We utilized this service many times for dinner plans when we were not dressed for walking, or on the nights the temperature dropped below zero. All shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly and welcomed you onboard to their toasty, warm bus. If you need a shuttle to the restaurants in Avon, one is available too from a particular stop in the Village. It is not as frequent but allowed us to enjoy a night out without having to drive. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Beaver Creek and our stay at the Charter. We appreciate everything that Mr. Kameron did to make sure our stay in his condo was exceptional (he even mailed my daughter's forgotten swimsuit to us after we checked out). Great experience! Great condo!

Best Place

The owners manage this property and do a great job. First off, we have stayed at three Charter properties in 18 months. This property by far was the best and here is why: 1) The owners didn't make us wait until 4pm to get in. They told us the property is ready and we could get in early. If you rent from the Charter they don't let you in before 4pm period! Other places wanted us to pay $50 to get in early. 2) This place hand everything we needed. We needed foil it was available they really did stock the place. It was great. The owners were so nice. I saved this place to my favorites. Really loved our stay. Thanks David!

What a Wonderful Beaver Creek Gem!!

David’s place is awesome! Truly ski in ski out! The condo was perfect for our family (including our 19 month old granddaughter). Nicely decorated, spacious with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything, living room perfect for family to gather. The service at the Charter was also top notch! This was our first time skiing at Beaver Creek and David’s condo will be our first choice when we return. It has my highest recommendation! We just loved everything about it.

Excellent stay at the Charter

We very much enjoyed our stay! David is an excellent and responsive host. The condo was very comfortable and cozy, all was as advertised. The location was very convenient to Beaver Creek Village, either walking, skiing or on the shuttle. We look forward to our next trip back!

Always a great stay!

Great stay, even with less snow it was still ski in, just had to walk out. Lift should open soon. Awesome property. The only thing I'd change if I could change anything is make the balcony a bar railing instead of a wall to maximize the openness of the balcony and the beautiful views.

A Great Place

In short, this is a great place to stay in a beautiful location. The hosts/owners could not have been more gracious. From the moment we checked in until the day preceding our departure, they were in touch to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if we had any needs. The staff were both professional and friendly. The facility was undergoing a renovation, much of which has been completed, and looks great -- clean and modern. Again, a very nice place to stay and look forward to a return trip in the future.

Family vacation + Anniversary Trip!

There is not enough space to express my thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Kameron for allowing us to stay in their condo @ The Charter in Beaver Creek, CO. Married in Beaver Creek 17 yrs ago, this was our first family trip back to Colorado. The condo is perfectly placed to enjoy all of Beaver Creek + Vail, Copper, Breck, Keystone, or Abasin. The condo is very clean & includes a washer / dryer / full kitchen w/ all you need for any meal (pack some food, meals are $$$ in the Village). Rocky Mtn views are exceptional overlooking the pool, and includes never ending sounds of humming birds, and the river below will lull you to sleep! They unit has 3 AC units that work great to cool afternoon sun (AC is not needed @ night, open the windows). Beds, towels, all else is first class. Overall The Charter was great, however mgt communication regarding the ongoing construction was not great. I tried to keep in mind the construction is temporary, and will make this place even better! Upon check-in download the Village shuttle app. Much like Lyft / Uber, works great! We also had our golden retriever with us and had NO problems in Beaver Creek or The Charter. By the end of our trip our dog was a local celebrity. As we left Beaver Creek for home, we all had tears in our eyes (play Dierks Bentley - Sun Sets In Colorado)! We can't wait to return! Thank you again to Mr. & Mrs. Kameron for being sharing your slice of Colorado with our family! It really was a special family trip! Best Wishes!

Convenient to Mountain

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It was an easy elevator ride to the condo, and down to the ski shop, spa, pool and jacuzzi. There are constant shuttle buses arrive to take you to main lift (Centennial) or the village of Avon. It is truly a ski in/ski out location. A lovely trail takes you to the Elkhorn lift behind the lodge and can ski back in through Strawberry Park. Also can ski back in from the main Centennial lift. Beautiful views of the ski mountain from the condo. The condo was very comfortable with everything this is needed. All people including front desk, bus drivers, and other residents were very friendly. Thank you David!

Our stay here was amazing! The condo is in a great location, with ski in and out. A very comfortable stay. We had a parking spot miscommunication but David was quick to solve the issue to our satisfaction! The owners of the property make it super easy to communicate with which made me feel at ease.

Easy Thanksgiving

The property was beautiful and had everything a family of four could want during a relaxing getaway. Well stocked kitchen made for easy cooking during our stay. A variety of television options and wifi for the teenagers. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Great hosts!

Could not ask for better hosts and a perfect location. We have stayed for years at the Hyatt but this time tried something different in the same area. With dogs in tow, it all felt like home away from home. You can't go wrong! We will be back next year.
