Beautifully renovated with gorgeous views of the ski slopes, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 œ bathroom residence is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, just steps from the Centennial and Strawberry Park Lifts. Situated on the third floor of the luxurious Beaver Creek Lodge, the thoughtfully designed one-level floor plan with a wood-burning fireplace also has a private patio with a hot tub and outdoor grill. The amenity rich building offers concierge and front desk services, valet, year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center with sauna and steam room, shopping and onsite restaurant with room service. This immaculately cared for residence includes one parking space and ski lockers in the garage.

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:

‱ Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
‱ Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
‱ High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
‱ Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Perfect spot!

This is our fourth time visiting Beaver Creek and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. The view from the hot tub is stunning. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out when needed and be together when needed. We had everything we needed and the parking was even easy. The ability to communicate with the host via text was very helpful.

Cannot find a better place to stay!

Perfect location, wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds! Fireplace is exceptional, deck with hottub, marvelous! Only thing that gave us a little trouble was TV, WE (technologically challenged)- could not get NFL Championship games. That didnt sway my feeling of this spectacular home Well done!

Great location. Bedroom set up is great for families. Kitchen appliances are high quality. The hot tub needs work and a new cover- not inviting or well working but property has a main pool/spa available.

Beautiful Place - Access to Everything

This was our first time in Colorado and first time skiing. This place made the trip so easy for my kids and their friends. It was one of the best stocked VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. They had everything you would need to make meals and if you didn’t want to make meals you were 2 minutes of the village. My wife was ready to comeback and we’d stay in the same place. Thanks for an awesome place

Wonderful Rental / Great Time

We would definitely rent this property again. The location couldn't have been any more convenient to everything. Plenty of towels and other essentials. This was the first VRBO rental that I didn't have to buy every minor essential ahead of time. Like dish soap and TP!!!

Great location

Great condo for a family vacation with small children. Quick walk to the Beaver Creek village and to the mountain, ski school and day care. Ski valet in Beaver Creek condo was also super convenient. Condo itself was a great size for a full family or maybe even 2. Was a little disappointed with some of the appliances and amenities in the condo, however. Hot tub in the condo wasn’t working and nor was the one in the Beaver Creek lodge. Some of the appliances (Keurig) were also not functional as well as the primary bedroom television and toilet seat in the bunk room. Overall, I felt like for the price of the condo rental, I expected these things to be checked and functional during our rental. When I voiced concern to the property manager I was met with apathy and indifference which was disappointing and I expected better customer service.

Great Location

Lovely apartment in great location in the heart of Beaver Creek and close to lifts. A few small things would have helped a perfect stay such as some information on use of AV equipment eg SONOS and enough firewood for more than one fire.

Nice Summer Getaway

We stayed for 3 nights. The property was very nice, similar to the pictures. The bunk room had different bunk beds than were pictures when we booked and the room was much bigger than the online images. Close to the main village area, but still quiet in the evening. Outdoor grill was an inflated/electric device that worked pretty well. Only issue was a shower drain backup that caused the second master to flood with very saturated carpet over part of the room. This happened the night before our checkout so I am unsure if it was resolved. There was also an unresolved technical issue with the cable on the TV in the main living room. We didn’t care much because you should be outside in the mountains of Colorado not watching tv! We didn’t even turn on TVs in the bedrooms. Internet worked well. We were not able to use the wired sound system with internet radio from our phones, so guests may want to consider bringing their own portable speaker. Overall, we found this to be a very nice property in a great location for summer or winter activities and would consider booking it again.
