It was a good stay. Location amazing, happening street, right across the baga beach. The cleanliness needs to be better and the wifi is an issue.

Service is bad I request to do for early check in but they don’t give me and from Expedia I book another hotel and I request for early check in they give me and we request for late check out they didn’t give the time

Beautiful resort at the most happening location

Just steps away from Baga beach, and the most happening night life. the resort is very pretty and very well maintained. I was surprised to find this place at such low price.

Cancelled my reservation

I didn't get to stay because the Baga beach resort cancelled my reservation. After both travelling from 9pm 28/12 from London Heathrow to finally arriving at the hotel 29/12 at 18:30 were both shattered and was tasked with having to source another hotel. An email was sent to me on 26/12 informing me that my reservation would be cancelled in 24hrs if full payment wasn't received but this email found it's way into my junk folder, l was told l was also called but didn't receive any call. The reason full payment was required was because the hotels PDQ machine wasn't working so wanted me to do a bank transfer to secure the reservation which l stressed at the time wasn't my fault, the booking policy stated payment on arrival and if one doesn't show full payment is taken from the card (PDQ machine was operational on arrival) this is standard booking through most hotel's/booking sites. This has been a very stressful time for both of us bringing my partner to tears on arrival to be told we had no reservation, that said they did ring around to source another hotel but this was only after persistence by us that they should do so.

Amazing experience staying at Baga Beach Resort. Superb Atmosphere. Be it the location, view, amenities, room decor, staff, food quality, I give a BIG Thumbs Up!! Highly recommend.
