"The room was spacious, very clean and with a great ocean view. All personnel was very helpful, attentive and always with a smile. Transportation to different areas of the resort was easy and fast. We never had to wait more than 5 min. The only thing that we didn't like was the dinner service at El Mexicano and Solarium restaurants. There were enough waiters, but they were extremely slow, disorganized and inefficient, forgot to bring the food, drinks, and our requests. We had to remind them many times. They need better training. We found the opposite at the Kasbah, Bellavista (buffet) and Pergola restaurants. The waiters there were very good, and it was a pleasure to eat there. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall experience was very good and not expensive."

"Beautiful home with a forever view of the bay from the second and third stories. The pool was so nice at the end of each day of surfing. Minutes from Tangolunda and Huatulco Surf Co and ten minutes from the beautiful town of La Crucecita with tons of food, shopping and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back."

"The resort and its employees were excellent. However a taxi that the hotel requested took us to a two stores of his choosing that charged ridiculous prices. He refused to take us to a store of our choosing citing “lack of quality “ at the other stores. The shirt my wife overpaid for was of terrible quality and shoddy workmanship. Be careful of the cab drivers"

"Didn’t want to leave! Best resort I’ve been to in a long time. The views are stunning. The beach is private and very clean and well kept. The entire property shows attention to detail. The gym was excellent. I would have liked mats at the gym but it is very well equipped I was looking for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what I got. The ONLY negative was you have to call room service to get ice and almost every time requested ice I had to call more than once. I always felt safe at the beach with the lifeguard on everyday. Well done Camino Real Zaashila!"
