Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Cool mountain air drifts through the pines as you sip morning coffee on the balcony, watching sunlight spill across the ridges. Evenings invite you to gather by the fire pit, the scent of wood smoke rising into the crisp night air, or to sink into the hot tub beneath a wide, star-filled sky. In this quiet corner of Bailey’s Harris Park neighborhood, you’ll find the space to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

Sleeping arrangements
This cabin sleeps up to 11 guests across four bedrooms with eight beds and three bathrooms. The upper level holds a private master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. A second bedroom features another king bed, while a third offers a queen bed. The bunk room provides twin bunks, creating a cozy setup for families or groups. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights, and three bathrooms provide convenience for larger parties.

Indoor spaces
The main living room is designed for gathering, with an oversized sectional, a 70” Smart TV, and a reading nook framed by tall windows. A bright great room flows into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, keeping everyone connected. Essentials for longer stays include a washer and dryer, while heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans help regulate comfort year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, from cooking basics and full-size appliances to small conveniences like a coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. You’ll also find a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stove. Two dining tables, a breakfast bar, and a coffee station offer plenty of spots to share meals or a morning cup.

Outdoor living
Step outside into fresh mountain air. The patio is furnished for relaxation, with a BBQ grill and utensils ready for evening cookouts. After a day of exploring nearby trails, gather around the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub under the stars. A backyard and balcony space bring you closer to the views and the sounds of the forest.

Entertainment & family features
Across the driveway, a converted historic barn has been transformed into a game room with foosball and open space for fun. Inside the main home, board games, a pack ’n play, and a high chair make the space welcoming for families. Babysitter recommendations are available for added peace of mind.

Comfort & safety
The property is equipped with WiFi, a dedicated workspace, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras provide an extra layer of safety.

Neighborhood
The cabin offers peaceful seclusion yet remains just 8.5 miles from Highway 285. Scenic drives lead to lakes, trailheads, and the small town of Bailey, where you’ll find breweries, a winery, and attractions like the Sasquatch Outpost Museum. Red Rocks, Breckenridge, and Buena Vista are within reach, while Denver International Airport is about 73 miles away.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
