Check in was fantastic, super pleasant staff. Room was clean and in good shape. Gym had an incessant beeping noise that wouldnt stop, not sure where it was coming from. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Literally everything was empty and the lobby was full of hungry people. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was tomcut costs on needing to stop for breakfast and then we ended up having to anyways. Annoying and super aggravating for the cost….

Terrible experience. They couldn't find my reservation, and their system was down. Eileen, the front desk attendant, was so rude, and her manager didn't care to help. We had to go to another hotel to get ready for the party; we were already late, and it was pouring rain. Never recommend this place. Eileen, the front desk person, needs training in customer service.
