The best part of this property is the kids area/pool/activities. I felt they really catered well to families. I also appreciated their housekeeping team - room was always cleaned and serviced when we were out in the morning. We also loved the breakfast buffet - great value for the price.

Excellent stay at good value

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. Great location and good quality rooms pool and gym as usual. What keeps setting this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff, who are extremely helpful, friendly and authentic. A big plus is also the inhouse regular restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. Top quality dishes again served by wonderful staff. Always a true pleasure to stay here. This, and thw good value make this hotel my #1 choice when visiting Bandung.

We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service.

수영장 물 따뜻 방쾌적 로비쾌적 웰컴드링크 얼음요청하면 잘 줌 식당 중식당도맛있고 레스토랑도 평타이상 맛있음. 호텔 내 주류판매점 입점 외부 와인들고가면 10만루피아지불 이것도 가격이 감사한데 잔도 다 주고 얼음도 줌 짱임. 조식도 코로나시국에 이정도면 아주 훌륭함. 반둥에서 수영장크기와 물이따뜻하고 방컨디션으로는 가성비 이만한데가없음. 다만 모든 룸이 욕조가없음.

I had a great stay, and enjoyed the fitness room. Sadly, on my last night, I ate some beef that gone bad at the 9th floor bar. At the time, I thought it was just a different blend of spices. But it turned into full blown food poisoning. Terrible way to finish such a nice stay.

I love the swimming pool, so comfortable, big enough (no crowd when i was there), and there’s a sparkling lights at night which as beautiful as stars. For the room: spacious for me, my husband and 1 toddler. But i dont like the towel. Looks old, the color is faded, the yarn is not neat. Hopefully its clean LOL. Anyway, breakfast menu was amazing. Lots of choices with good tastes as well. The staffs were so friendly. I dont have any problem during check in and out. Overall almost perfect, the problem is just the towel. Wish you can change it soon to the new one.

Great location easy access to Lembang. Staff were excellent and extremely polite. We would stay here again. The views from the restaurant and bar on the top floor are great. The hotel also has heated pool-yes Bandung can be cool.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in worldwide Staff at hotel from reception to porters to restaurant staff to welcoming staff at front door were by far the friendliest ever encountered anywhere Personal things done by the hotel gave such a good impression like the welcoming chocolates and fruit, midweek surprise cake brought to room wishing us a nice day, checking out gifts thanking us for out stay Fantastic room with balcony with great view over pool Highly recommend this hotel to anyone
