Contre : The bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was fine for us. But we have no hot water, so we have to ask for and noone came back to apologize.
Near from the the coastside, luxury bedrooms, delicious breakfasts

Easy walk into town.

Disappointing stay, service slow, showers inadequate, no food available outside of breakfast and dinner. Staff very helpful working in difficult circumstances

As we have a dog it was convenient to dine with the dog.The decor and the antique furniture and pictures added to the period atmosphere. The meals were very good and the staff helpful.
The surrounding grass was neat but the small garden could do with weeding.

We enjoyed our experience at Durn House. Different from our usual choice but thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was delicious and staff very attentive

Our room needs some TLC

The lock on the door was faulty; the shower either didn't work or was difficult to control; at 8pm on our first night there was not enough hot water for a bath; one of the main light switches did not work

A beautiful period House in a tranquil setting. Large rooms that they have given a great deal of attention to detail. Friendly staff not intrusive at all. Wonderful hotel for a getaway.
