Excellent location, friendly staff, hotel room seems ‘aged’, especially the toilet, could use some renovation but overall was clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is good but not exceptional to me. International breakfast buffet was very traditional and not disappointing. I think its location is what making this hotel exceptional as it is close to everywhere and BTS station is right by the door.

Everything was perfect. We loved the amenities and the staff was very polite. They were so quick with their service. Overall, a great experience staying here!
