It's a very clean place and contrary to some reviews there's plenty of hot water. Everything is very close to the hotel you can go to Burger King or Taco Bell in 5 minutes and there's plenty of restaurants and Thai food. The Wi-Fi is very good and I had absolutely no complaints about the place and would definitely stay there again.

Not great.

The staff were nice but the hotel was rundown and was not clean. There was two of us in a room and we got one bath towel each. No hand towel or hair towels. Our room was full of mosquitoes, which we had to clean out every night. The air-conditioning did not work properly and the room is very very hot at night.

I arrived from the airport and was told that there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation number and had prepaid for the room. I also told them that 2 of my friends would be arriving from Germany and that they also had booking confirmation numbers for their rooms. Finally the hotel came up with one room, but this was not ok since all 3 of us wanted to stay in the same hotel. The front desk told me to look at other hotels for accommodation. I then left and went to other hotels in the area to find rooms. The whole thing was a bad experience and showed me how incompetent this hotel was.
