The hotel looks absolutely beautiful, the staff were amazing and friendly. We were able to check in early which was great with no charge. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Amazing hotel. Stayed here 3 nights. Sad to leave. Great location. Was within walking distance of the Mediterranean and the upper elevations to the Northwest. I got to see so much of the city. Everything you need is closely located. Markets and great food. Carlos my bartender was great as were Esmeralda and Anna at the front desk. Highly recommended!

We had a room on the 14th floor and the views were fantastic. The amenities in the room were great - coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, bathrobes, etc. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the metro station is a bit far. We managed to travel everywhere by buses as there is a stop right outside the hotel. We did not have the breakfast as we prefer a light nibble and just behind the hotel is a cafe called Cafe Blatt which serves excellent food. The staff was very friendly especially Stefano and Laura (who recommended Cafe Blatt to us).
