Do not book!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. I recommend to everyone not to book a stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite old and in a bad state. There was mould in the bathroom. The shower was not working properly. general cleanliness was low. There were stains on the sofa, on the bed, … my room was close to the reception. The whole night people came in and left the hotel talking, and I woke up several times. I went down to the reception and explained that I could not sleep because of the noise. They did not even say sorry. It is obvious that they know about the bad quality and the noise problems. They did not offer anything like a change of rooms or a refund. I had had to pressure them to get another room for the second night. There was no noise problem then, but still, there was a lot of mould in the bathroom and I didn’t even want to take a shower because it was so gross. The breakfast was a disaster as well. The breakfast room is situated in the basement. Even though most of them were empty, I couldn’t find a spot to eat because they were crowded with leftover plates dishes and so one. There was orange juice spoiled over the buffet. The café machine was not working. I didn’t see any stuff there cleaning anything. I saw a lot of bus groups in the hotel. And think that they probably get better prices and I as a single traveller had to pay an extra ordinary price of almost €200 per night. But even for €50 and I would not stay at this hotel again.

Mauvais hôtel !

Trop Bruyant, chambre minuscules par rapport aux photos donc marketing pas éthique, pas de rideau occultant. Portes dans la salle de bain mal agencé et accès de douche très maladroite. Ne vaut pas le prix payé comparé aux autres hotels que j'ai dans la même semaines. Black listé pour moi !!

Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel les prises non câblées dans la chambre. Standing à la limite du raisonnable. La couleur de l’eau de la piscine était verte avec présence de rat. Inconcevable !!
