Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsGreat stay, just a couple of hiccups. 1. There was no linen in the room for the sofabed, however we called, and linen was brought up immediately. 2. They don't have any free breakfast, just coffee.

Dear Kelly, Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay at Candlewood Suites Bay City. I do apologize about the issue with the towels but glad that we were able to take care of that quickly for you. As far as breakfast, we are a different type of hotel that caters to extended stay guests and because every room has a kitchen, we do not offer breakfast however, next time you are here- you should check out our Candlewood Cupboard which offers many different options of breakfast items for sale. We hope that this doesnt keep you from coming back to see us again.

I really liked that it was quiet, clean, & ALL the STAFF was super nice. I will definitely recommend Candlewood Hotel to anyone & if I ever need to stay anywhere again I will definitely choose them.

Super easy checking and nice guy at the front desk. I love that there is a kitchen area, huge bar area to put stuff and a place to work. Full size fridge too. Great place to stay and being pet friendly is just an extra bonus!

One thing that we really pride ourselves on here at Candlewood Suites Bay City is for each guest that walks through our doors to feel like that are Home Away From Home. If we can do that, then our guests whether they are here for 1 night, or 30 nights will always want to come back and see us.
