Booked my stay on line and when I check in but the rooms was booked. The guy at the desk didn’t even offer the resided got my room

I need a refund!! Wasnt even able to stay at this property because when i got there they say they arent the hotel taking online reservations

They double booked my room so therefore I didn’t get to stay and the customer service has been no help with getting me my refund.

Disappointed

The front entrance was locked and no one to be found. There was a phone number on the door to call but it went to a voice mail with no options to talk to a person. Had to ask other visitors where the managers office room was. The room was horrible and in desperate need of up grading. No hot water, No coffee pot but had coffee, No batteries for the TV remote. You get what you pay for here but even that rate is too high.

DONT STAY HERE!

Front door was locked and had a note on the front door to call a number. Called the number MULITIPLE TIMES and no answer. Still had to pay cause there was “NO CANCELLATION”
