The home is thoughtfully decorated with cozy midcentury Maine vibes, and the renovated scallop boat lounge is such a unique and memorable touch.Waking up to the sight and sound of boats just a stone’s throw away, along with the salty ocean air, was magical. We loved walking through the quiet fishing village where everyone was super friendly, and exploring the stunning Downeast coastline was simply amazing. The location feels peaceful and authentic — far away from crowded tourist spots, yet close enough for incredible day trips.The cottage itself was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly charming. You can really feel the care and attention put into every detail. We played games, laughed and loved listening to the vinyl collection.
