This was, by far, the dirtiest, most run down place I have ever stayed. Despite the decent reviews... it was gross. Every wall was badly beat up and dirty, the door was incredibly dirty and there was a lot of mold in the shower. The linens smelled bad. There were missing pieces on the toilet, no blow dryer and when I woke up in the morning there was a roach in my water cup.

This stay was stressful and unpleasant. Did not feel safe walking outside after dark due to people hanging out in the hallways, panhandling.
Had to have maintenance on site with 15 minutes due to key card issues, the door handle was almost completely rusted off. Would not move rooms but instead “tightened” the handle. The second room we had, the phone did not work. When brought to front desk attention, response was ok, I’ll see what I can do. The toliet in either room couldn’t be flushed without getting clogged or constant water flowing. When first walking into the room, no tissues or toliet paper. Had to go to front desk immediately to get it. Also, never mentioned to us regarding the pool closed. I called a week before check in, the morning of check in and mentioned the kids excited to swim in down time and never mentioned it’s closed for the season.
Just a very unpleasant and uncomfortable visit for a single mother and children for the mini vacation.

Sketchy and run down.
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe location was good but the hotel was sketchy and very run down. There were room numbers missing, the room didn’t have a small table. Had my husband not been with me I would have not felt comfortable to stay there. I would not recommend.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the ladies explained everything and ensured I understood. The whole place really needs a renovation desperately. The ceiling had paint peeling from it; you can see the cracks, and the mattresses need to be replaced...You get what you pay for though
