Check in was lovely and the black man who checked us in was very friendly and nice . Its the next day that pissed me off! Housekeeping coming at 9 bamming on the door and then at 11:35 i couldnt even take a quick shower the black cleaning lady bamming on the door like the police and check out wasnt till 12 . I just felt rushed and im pregnant which made it worst overall nice hotel just rushing rude cleaning staff

Don’t stay here.
Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HotelsDo not stay here! Our room had a strong Pinesol smell when we arrived. This was to mask the smoke smell in the bedding, which we didn’t notice until the overwhelming Pinesol smell was gone. We also turned the temperature up but the heating unit continued to blow cool air. Also killed a small cockroach in the bathroom.
