Check in clerk was nice, convenient location, with 3-4 walkable dining options. Yet, hotel is in need of a major update ... desk chair was ripped, floor in bathroom was cracked, mattress was soft/old, and decor was very dark ... you could see stains in carpet plus furniture was scuffed and old. Overall, value was ok

There was hair in the tub and the carpet was soiled, stained and gross to the touch. Had to wear shoes. I had asked to view a room prior and the desk clerk did so, but then put us in a different room. When I asked to switch to the room she shiwed me, she said, "I'm not going through all that again"

Nextdoor neighbors were very noisy and they apparently were cooking in the room, as it was smelling like burnt food for hours. Cannot blame the hotel, but a “no cooking in room” sign may prevent that.
