Très basique voire limite

Pour : pas grand chose.
Contre : Propreté, respecté le choix fumeur/non fumeur des clients lors des réservations.
Emplacement : En face d'un wend'ys, mais rien à faire sinon.
Horrible surprise que de découvrir un coton tige usagé sur le lit en entrant dans la chambre. De plus, j'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur et il n'y en avait plus ... Le personne ne parle pas très bien anglais. Pas top donc.

Adequate for a quick night stay

Spa was broken, juice dispenser at breakfast was broken, carpet in room had not been vacuumed. The bed / bathroom WAS clean.

This place was clean, just needed a few upgrades; carpets, curtains and for sure. And some of the furniture.

The price and location was great. The staff was great. The breakfast was lacking many options. Butter for waffles and fruit would be nice. Maybe eggs. The chair in our room and the lock on the door were broken.

It was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived they had no rooms for pets

We are sorry about your reservation. Due to renovation going on to the building, we do not want to put any children or pets in any kind of harm while we painting the rooms and the public areas. This is why we did not allow pets at the time. We are always pet friendly and welcome guest with all pets. We put our guests health and safety above all else.
