There was blood on the mattress cover under the sheet on the bed next to the window. There was no hot water in the morning so my shower was cold. Staff was friendly.

Microwave didn’t work, curtains were torn and old, phone kept ringing all night 13 times in all, shower was good. Tv was intermittent. , Breakfast was minimal. Bed was clean but soft. Expedia shouldn’t have this place as a choice! Very under staffed according to the desk person. We didn’t get our room until 9 pm.

The shower walls were detaching from the walls and there was mold in between. There was used soap by the sink and hair in the sink. I complained and was offered another room. That room had mold on bathroom ceiling. The floors in hallways were dirty and sticky. I can provide pictures.

The lady that checked us in was great. However, there were ants in our room, the room wasn't clean and there weren't any other rooms available. We had no choice but to stay here. The lady that checked us out argued that I would ha e to get my receipt from hotels.com and wouldn't provide me with a record of the stay.

This property was incorrectly advertised as the amount of people that each room Could sleep. It advertised 7 in one room, but they only slept 4. After speaking to the desk and reviewing the advertisement, they were able to provide our family with a second room. The desk clerk was very apologetic and kind. Overall the property was adequate for basic needs.
