Worst stay

Apart from the beach access, everything else is not up to the mark. It is a kind of running down resort. Room Was spacious but Room had termites and cockroaches. Hotel staff did not bother to deliver luggage in room. Breakfast and main course food is downgraded. Outsiders also gets inside the property to access their homes from the same entrance.

Location of the property is nice. Totally different than it shows online. Really dirty bathrooms. Smelly rooms. No reception except one ugly old table. Surprise how this property is on Expedia.

Do not recommend at all

Not as shown in photos at all. Very misleading. I complained, and was showed several equivalent suites, but all the same. I did move to one for the 2nd night as I had no sleep the 1st night. Old. Dirty. A/C not in proper working order. 1st room had a horrific smell.... Staff were great.. thank goodness for this

The worst and most unpolite experience

Very crumpy and unpolite service at the reception and we had to wait long with three kids for them to give us the keys to the Rooms. The pool was ok nice but after being there 1/2 hour they closed it to clean it for the rest of the day. The breakfast was not worth waiting for and we had breakfast on the beach. We are not comming back!

The hotel was very good with good access.

Pour : The ambience
Contre : The breakfast needs to be improved on. Very few varieties- add some more like- continental and other items
Emplacement : Basically we were on a pilgrimage to a church in Batim. Since the church is in the South we wanted to stay some where for easy access.
Overall it was good. The area quiet. Rooms good and clean. Staff pleasing and ready to help.
