Booking glitch
Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HotelsI booked a two bed room, and on checking in found only one bed, totally unacceptable for two traveling women. I called the desk, who claimed there were no two bed rooms.
I contacted the booking agent who then found us a double room. Utter nonsense.

Very clean property. The rooms were very large and had a mini fridge and microwave that I always appreciate. Able to walk to Starbucks which was nice so I did not have to Uber.

Hotel was clean and safe. Walls are very thin expect to hear walking and toilets flushing. Had to sign a noise agreement even though the hotel wouldn’t meet current noise canceling requirements. They seem to want to blame the customers for the deficient construction of the building
