I stayed in this Holiday Inn with my service dog, Bella for two weeks. I can NOT say enough positive things about how well each and every individual that worked here treated us! They were kind, caring, personable, helped with any thing I requested promptly! I literally felt like we became family! They reached out to me when I left items in the room…. How often does that happen?! I will DEFINITELY be staying here each trip I make to Big Rapids! Thank you all for the amazing experience!

I was just going to let all the cobwebs in the one corner of the room next to the nightstand go, he's after 10:00 I was tired about that of the world but we're not proceeded to go into the bathroom and get into the shower and there's a big dark curly hair right in plain sight on this in the shower on the ledge right where you put your soap I had to go down and say something. I took pictures and showed the front desk of the hair and all the cobwebs at which point they offer me to move rooms but I was already unpacked and already showered it was late I didn't feel like packing everything back up and switching rooms. I would have much more appreciated a complementary free night or a refund. Through obviously wasn't clean well. I have a quite a bit for work usually stay in Big Rapids three to four nights a month and thought I would give holiday to try versus what I usually stay at. Very disappointed with that Holiday Inn location. I feel like I would have been better off going down the road and spending 60 bucks on a room versus the hundred plus I spent on the Holiday Inn. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. It appeared location was getting remodeled? Parking lot and entry were in very bad condition and in disarray.

Location perfect for why we were in town but the room was not cleaned appropriately When you find cob webs, dust peeling paint and hair on the counters and in the shower it makes you wonder how well it was really cleaned!!😳

Great place to go and relax after a long day of driving & family. Swimming pool hours were great! 6:00 am - 11:00 pm. Room was clean. The only issue we had was the toilet plugged many times in a 1 night stay. Bathtub drain was slow as well. Everything else was wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t have breakfast. There was four High School hockey teams and there families staying. Food was all gone when we went for breakfast. Had to go across the street to Bob Evan’s.
