It was a pretty hectic stay. Their card programmers had gone out so we had to be escorted to our rooms if we left. This went on for the first half of our trip. Most of the staff did a great job a couple were not as helpful. Seemed as though there was not enough staff so every time we needed something we had to wait awhile.
