Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayA very comfortable and enjoyable short holiday for the family and dog. Suzie was a very friendly host and helpful with information. In the absence of a cooktop, we used the barbecue without difficulty although a cooking pot would have been useful.

We were not short of things to do despite the public holidays and occasional inclement weather. We hope to be able to return again soon.

Suzie is a great host. Always replied quickly to my questions. We took the train from Sydney and stayed for two nights. A 10 min walk to town and the train station. The cottage has everything you need. Loved the oversized bath towels and fresh flowers. There are lots of great breakfast options. With the fenced in yard and doggie door it’s a great place to stay with your dog.

A comfortable, well-equipped suite with access to lovely garden and covered outdoor area. The host has added extra touches such as pantry stocked with breakfast items, quality linen and wet weather options. A true home away from home. Located in a quiet street not far from train and village shops, and 5-minute drive to two of the best trailheads in the area.

One of the best holidays homes
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayA cosy, comfortable and clean place, with a good size backyard which my senior German shepherd really liked. Susie the host was easy to communicate with and even let us use her carport during our stay. An assorted choice of cereals and jams for a daily light breakfast, with fresh milk and bread was also provided. We look forward to staying there again next time we go to Blackheath
