We got to our room and the windows were open with 18 degree temperatures. Couldn’t adjust temp in room with heat. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Front desk was unfriendly. Noisy neighbors.

When I checked in, the person helping me was slow, distracted by things going on in the room behind the check in desk. The elevator hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. The floor was very dirty as were the walls. I found plastic wrappings on the floor in my room on the floor. The WIFI password wasn’t listed anywhere, I had to call 3 times for anyone to answer the phone. If there had been rooms available anywhere else I would have asked for a refund and left. I travel quite a bit and don’t expect perfection, but this experience was one of my worst!

Beds were not made and moved to another room. Lights were flickering, refrigerator was rusty and hair all over sink. We cancelled and left quickly. My kids were scared.

Not amazing...dated, small bathroom, had a challenge with our thermostat & grab & go breakfast was less than expected, but room was clean enough & felt safe, which are my priorities. Fair priced for what you get.

There wasn’t anyone at check in for about 5 minutes. The building smelled like both cigarette and pot mixed. The bed was hard as a rock and we slept on top. The room looked old and just hap hazardly put together. The paint color made everything look dirty
