The room my first night was terrible! The bed was hard and lumpy, toilet seat was old and coating chipped showing wood, the sink looked like it’d fall off the wall. I changed rooms for the second night and that was decent. The hotel is partially renovated but they didn’t bother to completely finish redoing each room.

Beige jail

Absolutely basic room, no decor at all, beige walls and mini-toilet. Beds were comfortable, 4 pillows. Clearly old/aging space but clean. No carpet in rooms (vinyl planks). No standing lights, just overhead florescents over bed. No headboards, box springs with mattress. Literally everything is screwed into the frame of the room. What the heck is with the crazy fire detectors?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad you thought the place was comfortable and clean. We are currently renovating and have not yet put up art work. I understand your dissatisfaction with the lack of décor in the room.

Easy access from interstate great rates close to dining and shopping. Lady at front desk from dent minnesota absolutely fabulous every hotel should have 1 of her.

The front door staff was really odd and not informative. When it was time to check out at 11 am we had someone knocking on our door at 11:02am wondering g if we were going to be checking out!? My daughter went downstairs in the evening and was questioned with what room she was in and what she was doing! I have never stayed at any hotel with the ODD behaviors of front desk employees! The bathrooms were not nice and rooms and beds were about a 3 out of a 10!!

Hi Becky, I'm sorry to hear your experience here was not what you expected. We have signage posted in clearly viewable areas stating when breakfast times are and when check out is. If we see a person we do not recognize that seems to be loitering in the hallways, we ask our staff to respectfully confront the person to see if they are a guest or not. Not out of disrespect, but to keep our guests safe incase a person who is not a guest is roaming the hallways for nefarious reasons. And we always give a courtesy call to a room before knocking on the door to check if the room is occupied. The phone my have not been in working order, but I assure you it is all common practice. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.
