Situated on a bluff, this oceanfront home boasts a 180 degree unobstructed close water ocean view, spanning from Point Reyes to Bodega Head. Hear the sounds of the waves crashing below and see Pelicans flying overhead. A short seven minute walk down the Pinnacle Gulch Trail leads to a secluded beach complete with tide pools at low tide.
The floor plan of this spacious home is ideal for large gatherings. The house has 4 bedrooms that includes two master suites. Each bedroom has it's own state of the art 50 inch 4KHD flat screen tv and the living room has a 70 inch 4KHD flat screen tv with available cable and high speed internet connection, The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area has large appliances and the home has an 8 person hot tub that is professionally cleaned once a week, pool table, game table and both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating available.
We take pride in replacing pillows and sheets every few months. The hot tub is serviced every single week. The living room furniture, mattresses, rugs, paint and most flooring is new to provide our special and valued guests with a very clean home.
This home provides an amazing escape and relaxing get away.

Great stay! Wonderful location, and beautiful views from the house. Short but steep trail to the beach was perfect. Unfortunately, the house stayed pretty cold, but they did offer space heaters and a fire place which were necessary. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed and more! There are stairs to the kitchen and living room which were challenging for our older guests. Overall clean and would recommend.

This home needs some serious updating. The skylights leak, windows are broken, the master shower has parts missing and there wasn't enough hot water for four showers. The key was under the doormat, but the doormat was falling apart. There have been repairs to the drywall that were done poorly and the house just seems to be a bit neglected.

Host interaction was excellent. The wifi was problematic and went out multiple times, the house needs some tlc (visible water stains, dirty walls and doors, some mildew smells present on linens and on. bedrooms. The kitchen while very stocked in many items was lacking in some basics (i.e. wine glasses and opener). The decor was charming in most rooms and the view was spectacular.

The home was very nice, lots of room and bathrooms, the ocean views and sunsets spectacular, easy access to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. the game was fun and the bbq worked great. Hi.I think the site was down so the host was super fast in responding to my questions about kitchen amenities.A few things:Some of the photos on site do not portray actual furnishings, and list the front walkway as a "terrace" which seems misleading. No photos of actual kitchen which would have been helpful. The dishwasher ran poorly and the bottom basket was off its rails. There is a sunken shower stall with no handrails.All in all, it was great for our group but please update site and put safety rails in bathroom with sunken shower. Also include instructions on master bedroom shower which has lots of bells and whistles.Thank you!

No heat. On day 3 a HA tech arrived spent whole afternoon in house with attic ladder in hall, front door open and admitted that he couldn't fix it without other tools. Gave us some tips on how to get some heat. Then rain came and roof leaked in living room, hallway and bedroom. Mold around some windows, musty smell, paint peeling under windows.
