Perfect but A/C was via a vent to the hallway

We had rented a deluxe suite. Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with a large walk-in closet, two toilets. The only slightly uncomfortable thing was that for some reason, our kitchen had a narrow vertical vent opened at the hallway of the building. On the floor only two of 7 apartments had this vent. Due to this, everything we talked about in the kitchen and living room could be clearly heard in the hallway by anyone. Also, when the neighbors came back from somewhere, going from the lift to their door, we could hear everything clearly as if it was in the apartment. Luckily, in the bedroom these noises could not be heard. Since neighbors coming and going happened rarely and we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day, this noise was not a big issue. I gave the highest rating because everything else was perfect and the vent issue is structural and cannot be changed. I suspect that the vent was there because the apartment had no air-conditioning - no heating and no cooling.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready which is fine. We left for the day to explore Bogota and arrived back to a nasty lady working at the desk. She had zero interest in helping us. We didn’t have room keys and she told us they were out. Communication at the hotel leaves little to be desired

Great location and Friendly Staff but this is a basic residential apartment building. There is zero sound proofing with lots of noise when crying babies barking dogs. The sofas were unusable cheap foam so the only sitting option were the counter stools. the Best Western across the street is 1/3 the price and MUCH nicer.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Our stay was exceptional.
