Would have been a perfect stay but next door construction noise and cement ruined

There was construction nexts door less than 10 feet away very loud noise the entire Saturday and they were working on the pool with cement that was blowing to us. Construction next door were not disclosed to us .We’re where planing for a fresh air weekend and end up getting sick because breathing cement the whole entire Saturday. Apart from the construction the property is beautiful, very clean, right on the beach.

Awful Experience Guests Beware

The experience was the worst ever in all my VRBO stays! Upon arrival the door entry pad was not functional, and we were in a heavy rain storm. The property was not listed accurately, as the unit does not have a dishwasher, and the laundry room is located in a common area outside, and around back bottom floor of the complex…not to mention the disgusting mess in that area. This should have Been better disclosed. The toilet is very loose, makes noise, and nearly comes loose from the wall. The refrigerator, and a/c vent in the master made noise, so very hard to sleep. The fishing pier in the rear is damaged, and not useable this was listed in the small fine print at the bottom of the listing, but easily missed if you don’t really look at the entire ad on VRBO. Pictures make the unit look good, but that’s it. The manager at dream vacations was not helpful with problem resolution, a refund, or being transferred to a different unit. The complex was empty, so a unit change should have been easy. I requested a call from the complex owner, or Ryan/Nicole owners of Dream Vacations that manage the property for the owner, and they never called me back either. Absolutely no one seemed to care about their dissatisfied customer who spent a lot of money for a 10 night stay. We left six nights early…VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND DISSATISFIED and definitely will not be back. Hopefully you will treat your guests better in the future!

This is unacceptable, and we will have it repaired immediately to prevent future issues. Property Description: We understand your disappointment about the dishwasher and laundry room location. We will review our listing and ensure all amenities and potential drawbacks are clearly stated to avoid any future misunderstandings. Maintenance Concerns: The loose toilet, noisy refrigerator, and AC unit are serious issues and should not have been present. We have already arranged for a technician to address these problems promptly. Fishing Pier & Communication: We apologize for the unusable fishing pier and the lack of communication regarding the issue. We will update the listing with a clear note and will also work with Dream Vacations to improve response times for guest concerns. We understand your frustration with not receiving a call back, and we will investigate internally to ensure better communication going forward. While the complex may have been empty during your stay, offering a transfer to another unit might have been a better solution. We will discuss this with our team to ensure they are prepared to handle similar situations in the future. We are truly sorry that your vacation was negatively impacted by these issues. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our condo and guest experience. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for the unused portion of your stay; however, we would like to offer you a discount on a future stay at our condo as a token of our apology. We hope you will consider giving us another chance.

Relaxing location

The location is great. Close to what we needed to be near yet quiet and relaxing. Great view of the sunrise over the island each day.
