Beautiful, nicely furnished, centrally heated and air- conditioned, ( Geo-Thermal) Private home on 44 acres with views of Lake George and the distant mountains of Vermont . Perfect for family reunions and business retreats. Swim in Lake George from the sandy beaches of Veterans Park or Rogers Park in town just 2 miles down the hill.
Huge, very well equipped kitchen with new stove that includes air fry for those large trays of chicken wings.
Coffee corner in kitchen with combination Keurig or drip coffee, electric tea pot and coffee grinder plus a drawer full of assorted K cups and sugar and creamer packets .
Large 50" flat screenTV in Living room upstairs and 40" in family room downstairs plus flat screen TV in master bedroom. 2 Queen beds in master, 2 twins in each of the other 4 bedrooms plus 1 twin in family room and a bunk over double futon for overflow. Gates on all the stairs to protect the children. 2 cribs and 2 toddler beds plus 3 pack-n-plays and 2 high chairs.
New extra 20 cube refrigerator in the garage.

Enjoy the BBQ on the deck while the children play games, basketball , CORN HOLE and soccer or badminton on the lawn. If it rains there's ping pong room plus a pool table and foosball table in the game room with a bar and extra refrigerator…. and always a quiet corner for reading...

A circular pond stone fire pit in the backyard is a great gathering place for roasting marshmallows in the evening.... the true mountain experience with all the fun and beauty that Lake George has to offer.

Easy Hiking trail marked with orange tape starts at the woods behind the wood shed and goes to the top of the mountain behind the house... all on my 44 acres. At the top, there’s a beautiful view to the west looking over to Cat and Thomas mountains on state lands. To hike to Cat and Thomas mountains there’s a trail head and parking lot just 5 driveways down the street before Edgecomb Pond.


Lake George offers many activities . There are Boat or jet ski rentals and parasailing at Chic's Marina or rent a canoe or kayak from Lake George Kayak right in town. You can get on the Mohican Steam ship from the town dock and tour the lake. Or take other steamships from Lake George Village 9 miles to the south at the end of the lake.

Great Escape is 20 minutes to the south and Adirondack Extreme, a rope course in the trees, is just a few minutes down the road. In winter we are just 30 minutes from skiing at Gore Mt. And just 20 minutes from West Mt.

This was a wonderful property for a large gathering. It is secluded and rustic. Good Wi-Fi connection and most everything you would need. We played badminton, large connect four, pool, basketball and enjoyed the backyard fire pit. We did some boating on the lake and some whitewater rafting. Beds were comfortable. Note that most beds are twin size. There’s a grocery store in town which was convenient. Plenty of room in the house to find alone time.

Great private house near Town of Bolton Landing

Close to all attractions. We loved Rogers Park, Rogers Rock Park & camp ground with boat launch and larger beach there. Sagamore was great with pavilion restaurant an A for food and service! Bolton landing had some great shops and restaurants too. Some of the group went to Fort Ticonderoga and a museum. We would have done the castle tour and garden tour but ran out of days! Only wished we booked a log er trip! Great fire pit and gorgeous views of lake off front deck. Very comfortable nice house for a crowd! Made a nice family dinner in the well equipped kitchen

4th of July with friends

Amazing space. Clean and well equipped for our group of friends on the holiday weekend. Close to the lake and with a wonderful view from the backyard and porch. A wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend if you’re ever planning to stay in Bolton Landing or visit Lake George.

Great property in a great location

This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George.

Perfect house for large groups

This property is fantastic for a large family or group of friends. Multiple bedrooms with twin beds and extra sleeping space in the downstairs living room. The outdoor area has a fire pit with 12 chairs around it as well as a big leveled yard for outdoor games. Great view of the lake from the backyard and deck! If it's raining there is a pool table, foosball and ping pong table in the game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. And there is a large driveway if multiple parking spots are needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Annual family weekend

Amazing family weekend in the most Perfect house. Large functional kitchen, big dining room tables so we could all share meals, well equipped games/toys for toddler, plenty of playpens/high chairs for baby. 4th of July family vacation

Very large home, accommodating. Some of the mattresses need replacement. Only one TV working in family room. Living room TV not working. Beautiful view from home. Could have supplied some towels. One of my family ran into draining ditch at bottom of road, damaging car. Cones not visible going down road from house, only going up road, should be some kind of guard rail or some thing better on right side of ditch. Could at least add a hot tub outside. With having to strip beds, clean, move garbage to garage , a check out time of 10am was not enough time, unreasonable, 12 noon at least for check out time.

Family get together

This home is so beautiful and it was the right place for our family getaway. Very clean and you feel at home as soon as you walked in the door. Kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would need and more. Lots of games and the pool table,ping pong table and foosball, was Soo fun. The owner Joyce was very good at communicating when we had any questions. We made some wonderful family memories. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location

Great for summer, early fall visits, very close to lake George and grocery etc. The first floor could get cold in the winter as it did in fall (relative to the second floor). Having the private trail on the property is great for early mornings and the fire place in the backyard for evenings. The ping pong table and snooker were great especially on a rainy day. Would recommend to groups up to 15 people. The host was very prompt with our inquiries and offered to come by if needed to help out, good experience overall!

Great family vacation

This property is fantastic. It is all that the description says it is and more. We loved sitting on the deck looking out onto the beautiful property and the lake and mountains beyond. I have rented many houses and this house has one of the larger and well organized kitchens that I've seen. I was there with my grandkids

Perfect home away from home!

If you are looking for a home away from home…this is it! No need to keep looking. The owner Joyce has thought of everything!!! The house was perfect! It was so clean and had plenty of room for our large family of 12. The house is beautiful!! The fire pit was the perfect spot for drinks, stories and s’mores. We thought the microwave was broke because it wouldn’t pop popcorn and she was there within a few hours to replace the microwave. Well…it was not broken. It was user error lol. She was so easy going and said there’s no problem with having a back up. How’s that for customer service? Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this home and the owner Joyce! We can’t wait to come back and make more memories! Thank you Joyce!
