They were very warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable right away. You can tell they’re still a bit new at this—there were a few small things that someone really detail-oriented might point out—but overall, nothing major. What stood out most was how friendly and attentive they were. With a little more experience, I think they'll turn into a really great team.

Otel sahibinin annesi aynı zamanda mutfağın patronu teyze ve çalışan genç Sinan süperdi.Kahvaltı gayet lezzetli ve doyurucu.Banyoda kötü bir koku vardı ,oda ve balkon düzenli ama tozu alınmamıştı.Yatak iki tek kişiliğin birleşmesiyle yapılmıştı uyurken açılıyordu biraz dikkat ! Soğuk gecede odada soğuktu aradık ısıyı açtılar.Sakin ve doğa içerisinde bir tatil için iyi bir lokasyon.

İlk defa ziyaret ettiğimiz bölgede tedirginliklerimiz olsa da burada kaldıktan sonra tüm düşüncelerimiz ortadan kalktı. Akşam saatlerine giriş yapabildiğimiz otelde bizi çok efendi bir kardeşimiz karşıladı ve odamıza kadar eşlik etti. “Çay var mı” sorumuzu bitirmeden hemen teklif edip çay demlemesi ve sezonu olmadığından boş olan otelin verandası tamamen bizimmiş gibi kullanabilmemiz ayrıca rahat ettirdi. Sabah kahvaltısı için işletme sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz kişilerin güleryüzü, misafirperverliği ve kahvaltıyı servis eden ablanın güleryüzü ve el lezzeti bizim gezimizi daha da güzelleştiren etkenler oldu. Otelin temizliği, Abant’a yakınlığı ve tertemiz havasıyla 10/10 bir konaklama keyfi sundu. Her şey için teşekkürler.
